Kristin Lazzara

Kristin Lazzara is an experienced professional in strategic operations and community engagement within the health sector. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations at Allegheny Health Network's Center for Inclusion Health since July 2020, Kristin has also held various roles in the organization, including Sr. Program Manager and Program Manager. Prior to this, Kristin was the Director of the Recruitment for the All of Us PA Research Program at the University of Pittsburgh from November 2018 to July 2020 and served as Program Coordinator in the Department of Health Policy & Management at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health between February 2012 and November 2018. Kristin began a career in healthcare operations with positions at Associates In Opthalmology and earlier at Allegheny Health Network. Kristin's background includes a Senior Consultant role at Deloitte from 1998 to 2001. Kristin holds an MBA and MHA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh School of Public Health, and a B.S. in Business Administration from Gannon University.
