Matthew O'Brien

Matthew O'Brien serves as the Associate Director of Global Medical Affairs for Advanced Access Devices at BD since January 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same department. Matthew is also involved with Allegheny Health Network, where roles include Physician Assistant in Interventional Radiology and Supervisor of Advanced Practice Providers. Academic contributions include serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Chatham University from August 2017 to January 2022. Past experience includes working as a Physician Assistant in Trauma and Critical Care Surgery at Penn Medicine and Allegheny Health Network. Matthew holds an MBA in Health Systems Management from Point Park University and Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Duquesne University in Physician Assistant Studies and Health Services, respectively.
