Randy Boggs

Randy Boggs, CMSP, is a seasoned professional in mine safety with extensive experience in various roles within the mining industry. Currently serving as a Senior Safety Specialist at Allegheny Metallurgical since April 2022, Randy has also been an Underground Mine Inspector for the WV Office of Miners Health Safety & Training since January 2019. Previous positions include Health and Safety Manager at Brooks Run Mining Co LLC and Seminole Coal Resources, along with roles as Safety Administrator at Seminole Coal Co. and Safety Manager at several companies including Patriot Coal Corporation and Massey Energy. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a focus on Legal Studies from Marshall University, acquired between 1998 and 2001.
