Jarrod O'Donnell

Jarrod O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jarrod is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Snyder Associated Companies and Snyder Brothers, Inc. Jarrod'sprevious role was as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Dynamics Inc., where they led all aspects of finance, human resources, and investor relations. Prior to that, they worked at Repsol, where they held various positions including VP, Corporate Director of Global Planning & Analysis, Senior Asset Manager, and Senior Manager of Planning and Performance Management. Jarrod also worked at Penn Virginia Corporation, EQT Corporation, Kriebel Energy Corporation, Armstrong Group of Companies, and Deloitte in different financial and accounting roles. Throughout their career, Jarrod has demonstrated expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and M&A evaluations. Jarrod has successfully managed teams, secured funding, and contributed to the growth and stability of the organizations they have worked for.

Jarrod O'Donnell completed an Advanced Management Program at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Finance from PennWest Clarion from 2004 to 2006. Jarrod also obtained a BSBA in Accounting from PennWest Clarion from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Jarrod has certifications in Leadership Development from Niagara Institute, as well as in Certified Public Accountant and Leadership: The Next Level from AIPCA and JMW Consultants respectively.
