Dexter Thomas

Dexter Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and project monitoring. Currently serving as a Project Monitor at Allegheny Science & Technology, Dexter supports the federal Department of Energy's Grid Deployment Office as part of the Hydropower Incentives team. Previously, at Louisville Metro Government, Dexter progressed from Grant Compliance Specialist to ARP Lead Compliance Specialist, managing the disbursement of $388 million in federal funds and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Additional roles include compliance positions at Sazerac Company, Travelex, and The Rawlings Group, focusing on financial regulations, grant management, and auditing.
