B.J. Buchanan

B.J. Buchanan has extensive work experience in the crane and equipment industry. B.J. began their career in 1991 as an Apprentice/Make-up Supervisor at Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company, where they worked until 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Crane Operator for Springfield Rental Crane. B.J. then joined W.O. Grubb as a Crane Operator from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2010, they worked as a Project Manager at Commercial Rigging, Inc. B.J. then spent one year as a Project Manager at Crane Service Co. in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Logistics & Rigging Manager at CB&I. B.J. then joined BERARD - The Mega Transport Experts as an Operations Manager from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Operational Support at Allegiance Crane & Equipment LLC. B.J. also held the position of Area Manager - Texas at Allegiance Crane & Equipment LLC from 2018 to 2019.

From 1991 to 1995, B.J. Buchanan attended the Newport News Apprentice School, where they pursued a professional degree in the field of study of rigging.
