Erick Spaw is a seasoned professional in e-commerce and digital marketing with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of Ecommerce at Allegiance Flag Supply since May 2024, Erick previously held the position of Vice President, DTC Ecommerce at Imperial Headwear from April 2023 to May 2024. Prior experience includes senior management and digital marketing roles at OROS, digital media management at YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, and sports writing at Cincinnati Enquirer. With a Bachelor's degree in Sports Business and Marketing from Northern Kentucky University, Erick has demonstrated expertise in brand voice management, content creation, and strategic marketing across diverse industries.
