Rebecca Scherzer

Rebecca Scherzer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ecommerce merchandising and retail management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Ecommerce Merchandising at Reef since October 2024, Rebecca previously worked at adidas from December 2017 to October 2024 as the Director of Global Merchandising, CTC and as the Senior Merchandise Manager for US Apparel Golf. Prior positions include Merchandise and Product Manager at Hanna Andersson, Vice President of Retail and Senior Retail Merchandise Manager at Rip Curl, and Merchandise Manager at Fox Head Inc. Early career roles include Product Director at Mike's Bikes and various positions at Quiksilver, including Product Line Manager and Buyer. Rebecca began a career in retail as an Assistant Buyer at Robinsons-May, having earned a degree from UCLA from 2000 to 2004.
