Patrick Bourcier has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Patrick started their career as the Director of City of Devine EMS in 1985, where they were responsible for facilities management, budgeting, and public relations. Patrick then worked as the Director of Procurement & Contract Administration at the San Antonio Housing Authority from 1995 to 2008, overseeing procurement activities and managing warehouse operations. From 2008 to 2012, they served as the Captain at Medina County EMS, leading emergency response teams and coordinating rescue operations. In 2012, they joined Premier Services as a CSP, EMT-P. In 2013, they became the President of Crux Technologies, and in 2020, they joined Allegiance Mobile Health as the District Chief of Operations.
Patrick Bourcier attended UT Health San Antonio in 2004 where they studied Paramedicine. In 1995, they also attended The LBJ School of Public Affairs for a course in Procurement Law. In addition to their education, Patrick has a certification in Unix Systems Administration, but no further information on the institution or year of obtaining the certification is available.
