Rich Aukland

Rich Aukland is the current CEO at Allegiance Software. Prior to this, they were the Services Sales Director at Microsoft from January 1999 to July 2015. Rich then moved to Great Plains Software as Sr. Customer Relationship Manager from August 1999 to April 2001. Rich's time in the software industry has given him a great deal of experience in managing customer relationships, onboarding and coaching team members, and reviewing and evaluating service delivery plans. In their current role as CEO, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations and ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.

Rich Aukland has a Bachelor of Science in Airway Science from the University of North Dakota, and is certified from Microsoft in Microsoft Operations Framework Foundations Certification.
