David Caswell

David Caswell is an experienced senior project manager with a strong background in industrial services. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Clark Industrial Services, LLC since January 2023, David also holds a similar title at Allegiant Industrial since September 2018. Prior to these roles, David worked as a Senior Project Control Specialist at ECI Engineers Constructors International, Inc. from December 2014 to August 2018. David's career began at Austin Industrial, where David was a Project Manager for over two decades, from 1990 to 2013.
