Jayme Boehm

Jayme Boehm, MBA, currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Allegiant Stadium, where responsibilities include aligning HR practices with business objectives and leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for various staffing needs. Previously held positions include Assistant Human Resources Manager and Assistant Office Manager at ASM Global, where Jayme managed recruiting and scheduling, developed office policies, and oversaw administrative functions. Jayme has also worked as a Deployment Specialist at Eigen Development Ltd., contributed to academic compliance at Wagner College, and gained experience in various roles within sports and office management. An alumnus of The George Washington University, Jayme holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Business Administration in Management from Wagner College.
