Joshua Robinson

Joshua Robinson, CPA, CIA, CISA, currently serves as Director of SOX and Internal Controls at Allegiant since November 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at United Talent Agency from May 2022 to October 2023. Joshua's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director of Enterprise Risk Management & SOX Compliance at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from July 2017 to April 2022, and as Senior Manager of Operational Audit at Cox Communications from October 2011 to July 2017. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Internal Auditor at Diebold and Senior Auditor at EY. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Ohio Northern University, completed in 2005.
