Jen Bailey-Barnhart

Jen Bailey-Barnhart is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and strategic planning. Currently serving as Senior Director in the Office of the CIO at Allegion, PLC since December 2013, responsibilities include overseeing financial management, vendor management, and standardized practices to drive IT-enabled revenue and optimize costs. Previously, roles included IT Director for Global Portfolio Management, where key planning and management capabilities supported IT investments and service delivery, and IT Portfolio Manager at Ingersoll Rand, managing IT portfolios for Residential Solutions and Security Technologies. Earlier experience at Eli Lilly and Company included managing Quality IT and Global Health Outcomes, contributing to critical systems and solution delivery. Jen holds an MBA from Butler University and a BA in Communications from Purdue University.
