Joanne Mack

Joanne Mack holds a JD from Marquette University Law School and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. Joanne has extensive experience in ethics and compliance, currently serving as the Global Ethics and Compliance Program Manager at Allegion since 2022. Prior roles include Global Ethics & Compliance Manager at Johns Manville from 2016 to 2021, Assistant General Counsel at A. O. Smith Corporation from 2012 to 2016, and Senior Counsel at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from 1997 to 2006. Joanne began the legal career as an Attorney at Cannon & Dunphy and Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, and also served as Assistant Corporate Counsel at Giddings & Lewis, Inc. and as an Assistant Professor at Alverno College.
