Marcos Talamantes

Marcos Talamantes is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in electrical design, particularly in the marine industry, spanning from concept development to mass production. Currently serving as Lead Hardware Engineer at Allegion since September 2022, Marcos previously held the position of Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Navico, where expertise included designing systems with CAN and RS-485 communications. Prior to this, at Electronica Lowrance de Mexico, Marcos progressed from Manufacturing Engineer to Hardware Design Engineer Lead, managing design-sustaining activities and supervising technician teams for product repairs. Marcos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from CETYS Universidad.
