Stefano Fiori

Stefano Fiori currently serves as the EHS Regional Leader EMEA at Allegion since March 2021, focusing on security products and solutions. Previously, Stefano held the position of Quality & HSE Manager at CMIT-Europe Ltd. from September 2018 to February 2021, overseeing engineering and construction management in the oil and gas sector. From 2004 to August 2018, Stefano worked at Tozzi Group, first as Head of Quality & HSE and Safety Attorney, managing QHSE in international projects, and later at Tozzi Green S.P.A. in similar roles focused on renewable energy. Early career experience includes serving as a Quality and HSE Senior Advisor at Gruppo Villa Maria SpA and as a Junior Advisor at Fondazione Maugeri. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and a short master in HR management from Stogea.
