Troy Posey

Troy Posey currently serves as the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Leader at Allegion, PLC, where responsibilities include spearheading Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation to enhance proactive problem-solving and improve operational efficiency across a global manufacturing footprint, in addition to being the global lead administrator for integrated CMMS software across 25 manufacturing sites. Prior to this role, Troy worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at 3M, focusing on continuous improvement and cost reduction in manufacturing processes, and as an Equipment and Process Engineer at Honda of America Manufacturing, where vehicle testing inspection processes were developed. Troy holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology from Pittsburg State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
