Abilash Stanly

Abilash Stanly is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Human Resource Operations at Allegis Group since July 2016, Abilash oversees the complete employee life cycle, focusing on enhancing employee engagement and driving strategic decisions through metrics analysis. Prior to Allegis, Abilash worked as Branch Head at GI Staffing Services Pvt Ltd from January 2014 to July 2016, where notable achievements included leading the branch to be recognized as the "Best branch" in India for profitability in 2014/15. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Operations Manager at TeamLease Services Limited from January 2010 to July 2013.
