Jayesh Garg is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Lead Counsel and Head of the Legal Department for Allegis Group in India since June 2017. In this role, Jayesh leads the Legal, Company Secretary, and Ethics practice, as well as supporting APAC legal operations across multiple countries, while also being a key member of the leadership team focused on strategic legal support for business growth. Prior to this position, Jayesh held various legal roles including Associate Manager at Honeywell and Legal Executive at L&T Technology Services, where responsibilities included managing commercial contracts and providing legal guidance. Jayesh also gained valuable experience drafting various agreements and practicing corporate restructuring at Lawyers Inc and worked as an Advocate in the High Court of Rajasthan. Jayesh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Christ University, Bangalore.
