Pip Horrell

Pip Horrell has over 16 years of professional experience, currently serving as the Manager of Comms, Creative & Projects for Allegis Group in the APAC region since August 2007. Responsibilities include internal communications, graphic design, project management, event planning, strategic operations, marketing, social media, and content development. Previous roles within Allegis Group include Bid Specialist APAC, where support was provided to seven markets to streamline bid processes and drive regional sales, and Sales Support Coordinator for the South Region APAC, focusing on sales opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. Horrell's career began at Duncan & Ryan Associates, where roles included Administration Assistant and later Administration Lead for Talent2 following an acquisition in 2014. Horrell also has experience as a receptionist/administrator at Ray White Real Estate in Wanaka and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Massey University.
