Paula Bradley

Paula Bradley, Senior Manager, Research and Knowledge Management, heads the research and knowledge management function, providing in-depth insight into the market, trends, and talent. She conducts extensive market research looking at industries, functions, and organizations to inform the consultants’ strategic approach to their searches.

Paula is an experienced executive search professional having served both private and public companies within the consumer and industrial sectors previously. Before joining Allegis Partners, she was Research Director for O’Neill Consulting, an Acertitude company. There, she mentored and trained research associates, teaching them best practices including targeted research, communications, and candidate vetting. She also supported the execution of searches to engage highly qualified candidate slates to meet or exceed clients’ needs.

Paula began her recruiting career with Fortune Personnel Consultants of Providence following Product Development and Marketing roles for blue-chip retailers including Swarovski and Nine West Group. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.
