Zachary Wright

Zack Wright is a Research Associate based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, he focuses on sourcing leadership talent, driving search strategy and gathering industry insight for the team.

Zack earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. After graduating, he joined Teach for America, where he taught high school mathematics for two years. He then transitioned to teaching for the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District and later The Hill School before moving into executive search. Zack spent three years with a national executive search firm as a Research Specialist, gaining insight into the talent available in various markets.
