Mike Aiello

Michael Aiello is the Chief Technology Officer at Secureworks since July 2022 and also holds advisory and Chief Product Officer roles at HUMAN since December 2020. As the founder of MEA Growth, LLC, established in June 2009, Michael engages in board, advisory, and investment activities, partnering with firms such as Allegis and DataTribe. Notably, Michael served as CEO of AppGate, overseeing its spinout as a cybersecurity firm that went public in 2021. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Google, where leadership in security product management significantly advanced Google Cloud's standing in the market, and CISO positions at Goldman Sachs, focusing on privacy and technology risk. With a foundation in technology entrepreneurship, Michael has a strong educational background with an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BS/MS in Computer Science from New York University.
