Katy Cottrell

Katy Cottrell is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in customer relations and support. Currently employed at Allego since December 2021, Katy previously held the same position at fulfilmentcrowd from August 2020 to December 2021. Prior to this, Katy worked as a Sales Resourcer at This Is Prime from May 2019 to April 2020. Katy holds a BSc in Criminology from City, University of London, which was completed in 2019, and has A-Levels from Runshaw College, attended from 2014 to 2016, as well as GCSEs from Balshaws C.E High School, completed in 2014.
