Mark Magnacca

Mark Magnacca is the Co-Founder and President of Allego, a mobile-first enterprise sharing solution that enables measurable performance improvement. With Allego, teams can replicate top performers, provide regular coaching and share best practices, customer stories and peer-generate content all with our patent-pending interactive and asynchronous video technology.

Prior to Allego, Mark was the President of Insight Development Group, Inc. from January 1996 to August 2014. At Insight, Mark was responsible for developing and delivering software to help capture, socialize, refine and absorb the teams' best stories.

Mark is a thought leader in the area of video knowledge capture and sharing, and has been instrumental in developing Allego into the leading solution in the space. Under Mark's leadership, Allego has been adopted by some of the world's largest organizations, including Microsoft, Dell, Pfizer, and Comcast.

Mark Magnacca attended Babson College, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in finance, investments and communications. Mark also attended Longmeadow High School.

They are on a team with Phil Costa - VP, Product Development, Laurie Long - Chief Customer Officer, and George Donovan - Chief Revenue Officer. Mark Magnacca reports to Yuchun Lee, Co-Founder & CEO .
