Catherine Davis has a long and varied career in the communications and education sectors. Catherine co-founded Allegravita Limited and Allegravita LLC in 2005, an Olympic economy specialist PR and strategic communications agency in China. Catherine co-lead the company through more than seventeen years of successful marketing outcomes for three hundred clients, encompassing MNCs, Fortune 500s, governments, academic institutions, and SMEs. In 2009, they expanded the agency's footprint to the United States. In 2021, they were engaged by ADX Labs as the Media and Communications Director, leading a team of 120 employees in AI/ML, blockchain, cryptocurrency, gaming, payments processing, and music. In 2005, they were contracted by Beijing BISS International School to develop individualized English language training programs for government-run and private companies in Beijing, China. In 2003, they were an English Instructor at the University of California, Riverside. In 2002, they were an ESL Instructor at Long Beach City College, teaching all aspects of English language and American culture using multi-modal, original innovative curriculum. In 1996, they were the Co-Director of Drug and Alcohol Certificate Program at San Francisco State University, developing community college training materials and competency-based curriculum.

Catherine Davis has an extensive education history. Catherine obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of California, Riverside from 2003 to 2005. From 1996 to 1998, they obtained a TESL from the University of California, Berkeley in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. From 1995 to 1998, they obtained a Master's Degree in English Literature from San Francisco State University. Catherine obtained two Bachelor's Degrees from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 1988 to 1993, one in Communication and Media Studies and the other in English Language and Literature/Letters. Additionally, they are a Member of the NYC Chapter of the American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
