Liz Palmer

Liz Palmer has a diverse work experience history with various roles in operations, manufacturing, and engineering. Liz is currently working as the Director of Operations at Allegro Coffee Company since December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Manufacturing at Cappello's from April 2022 to December 2022. Liz also worked at Molson Coors as an Engineering & TPM Manager from December 2018 to April 2022 and as a Unit Manager from May 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they worked at Nestlé Purina North America as a Production Manager from June 2016 to March 2017 and as an Assistant Production Manager from January 2012 to June 2016. Liz started their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Schneider Electric from April 2011 to November 2011 and as an Environmental Engineering Intern at Nucor Steel from May 2010 to August 2010.

Liz Palmer attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2006 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. Liz obtained their degree in industrial engineering during this time. Liz also holds additional certifications, including the "Qualified Lead for World Class Supply Chain" certification obtained from Molson Coors Beverage Company in September 2021, the "Impact Denver" certification obtained from the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce in July 2021, the "General Certificate of Malting" obtained from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in August 2019, and the "IDB Diploma - Module 1" obtained from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in September 2018.
