Bryan Cadugan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bryan started their career at International Business Machines (IBM) as a Staff Engineer from 1990 to 1998. Bryan then moved on to work as a Senior Design Engineer at Intrinsix Corporation from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they joined Pittiglio Rabin Todd and McGrath (PRTM) as an Associate until 2002. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Allegro Microsystems as a Senior Program Manager. Bryan then became a Principal Product Manager at Dell EMC from 2008 to 2010. Bryan returned to Allegro Microsystems, LLC in 2010 and held the positions of Strategic Marketing Manager and Engineering Projects Director. In 2014, they founded Crivasense Technologies and served as the Director of Research and Development until 2017. Bryan then went back to Allegro MicroSystems and held various roles, including Director - Technology Incubation and Acquisition from 2017 to 2020, Product Line Director, Photonics from 2020 to 2022, and currently as the Director of Product Incubation. Throughout their career, Bryan has been responsible for managing research and development, leading product lines, conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions, and overseeing integration planning and execution.

Bryan Cadugan holds an MBA in General Management and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1995. Their undergraduate education was completed at Georgia Institute of Technology as well, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from 1989 to 1994.
