Natalie Gendron

Natalie Gendron has extensive work experience in various roles. Natalie began their career in 2010 as a Project Manager at Jaymil Ergo & Office Solutions. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Financial Analyst at SIG SAUER, Inc., where they automated reports, created databases, and was responsible for inventory reporting and analysis. In 2014, they became a Senior Business Analyst at the same company, where they implemented Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning and developed a method for rough cut capacity planning. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Demand Planning Manager, accountable for forecasting activities and developing the organization's demand plan. Natalie joined Allegro MicroSystems in 2018 as a Principal Financial Cost Analyst, and subsequently held the roles of Operations Finance Manager and Sr. Manager, Operations Finance. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Enterprise Analytics at Allegro MicroSystems. Additionally, Natalie served in the US Navy Reserve as an LT in the Supply Corps from 2011 to 2019.

Natalie Gendron earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2006 and 2009.
