Romain Foissac

Romain Foissac is currently serving as a Product Engineer Manager at Allegro MicroSystems since November 2023. Prior to this role, Romain worked at Crocus Technology from May 2015 to December 2023 as a Reliability and Test Lab Manager, focusing on the development of accelerated lifetime tests for high-end magnetic sensors and performing reliability analyses using advanced statistical tools such as Python and JMP software. Romain also held positions as Lead Product Engineer and Characterization Engineer at Crocus Technology, specializing in magnetic sensors and collaborating with design experts for product improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as a Reliability Engineer/Ph.D. Student at STMicroelectronics, studying the reliability of MOS devices, and a research internship at CEA, where Romain focused on electronic transport in nanowire transistors. Romain holds a Research Doctorate in Microelectronics from Grenoble INP - UGA and a Master's degree in Nanosciences from Ecole d'Ingénieurs en Physique, Electronique, Matériaux (PHELMA).
