Alicja Kępa

Alicja Kępa is a seasoned professional in e-commerce and business management with extensive experience in international program management and growth strategy. Currently serving as Manager of Group International Programs at Allegro since October 2020, Alicja has held various roles including Senior Business Product Manager and Business Product Manager. Previously, Alicja worked at Miinto Group as a Growth Manager, where responsibilities included relationship management and portfolio growth post-acquisition of Showroom. At Showroom, Alicja held positions such as Team Leader and Growth Manager, overseeing operations, strategic development for over 350 brands, and international account management. Earlier career experiences include roles as Sales and Showroom Intern at Patriksson Group and Co-Founder of such agency. Alicja holds two Master's degrees and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Warsaw and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
