Magdalena Piech

Magdalena Piech, PhD, serves as a Board Member at the European Tech Alliance since February 2023 and holds the position of Członkini Zarządu at Związek Pracodawców Technologii Cyfrowych Lewiatan since December 2022. Since April 2017, Magdalena has been the Group Regulatory Affairs Director at Allegro, following roles as Regulatory Affairs Director and Head of Regulatory Affairs. Previously, Magdalena chaired the European Tech Alliance from December 2018 to March 2022 and was the Vice President of the Advisory Board at E-commerce Polska from September 2017 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes work as a lawyer at Konfederacja Lewiatan and the Ministry of Economy, as well as a trainee in the European Parliament. Academic credentials include a PhD from The Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences, postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Warsaw, and a certificate in International and European law from Université de Strasbourg.
