Scott Sulpizio

Director of Research & Development at Allele Diagnostics

Scott Sulpizio has 17 years of experience with microarrays and working in Research and Development. He earned his Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering at Colorado State University.

Scott Sulpizio is currently the Director of Research & Development at Allele Diagnostics. He is responsible for the development of new assays and creative solutions to provide reliable test results to customers as rapidly as possible. He is also directly involved in clinical validation of all tests performed by the laboratory.

Prior to joining Allele Diagnostics in 2014, Scott worked in various capacities in the R&D/Manufacturing Department at Signature Genomics. Most recently, he was the R&D Site Leader for two years, overseeing projects and employees throughout the department. Scott also spent five years as the Manager of Product Manufacturing & Development and two years as a Research and Development Associate, gaining extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, and optimizing microarrays, FISH testing, and other genetic testing assays.

Scott is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado with a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. Scott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington.
