Carol Roop

Carol Roop has extensive experience in event coordination and sales within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Catering Sales Coordinator at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum since October 2016, Carol previously held various roles, including Admissions Representative at International Business College, Corporate Sales Manager at Hotel Fort Wayne, Director of Conference and Special Event Services at Oakwood Resort, and Sales Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Fort Wayne. Carol's career began as an Event Specialist at Ceruti's Catering, where responsibilities included booking and managing events. Through these roles, Carol has developed strong skills in sales, event planning, and customer service.
