Rajat Srivastava

Rajat Srivastava has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rajat started their career as a Summer Intern at ArcelorMittal in 2006. After that, they worked at McAfee as an Associate Software QA Engineer and later as a Software QA Engineer. In 2011, Rajat joined Citrix as a Software Test Engineer II and was later promoted to the position of Senior Software Test Engineer I. Rajat then moved on to Flipkart, where they served as a Senior Manager in Category Sales & Marketing, focusing on customer experience strategy and digital marketing. Following their time at Flipkart, Rajat assumed the role of App Marketing & Growth Leader at AJIO.com, where they collaborated with the engineering team and led user acquisition and retention strategies. In 2018, they joined AppsFlyer as a Senior Manager and Mobile Marketing Advisor, providing consultation on mobile growth and marketing strategies. Rajat's career then led him to Google, where they held multiple roles, including Product Specialist for App Marketing and Team Lead for Media Solutions Specialists. At Google, they led initiatives on revenue enablement and sales pipeline excellence, as well as driving go-to-market strategies and product adoption for mobile app campaigns. Currently, Rajat Srivastava is serving as the VP of Marketing at ALLEN Digital, starting in 2023.

Rajat Srivastava completed an Executive Certificate in Growth & Leadership from the Indian School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2014. In the same year, they also participated in an Advanced Program in Management at the Texas McCombs School of Business. In 2008, Rajat obtained a B.Tech degree in Communication & Computer Engineering from the LNM Institute of Information Technology. Additionally, in 2010, they pursued a CFA Level II Candidate program focused on finance from the CFA Institute, USA.
