Sanket Agarwal

Sanket Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as Sr Director at ALLEN Digital since March 2024, Sanket previously held the position of Business Head for Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka at Xiaomi Technology from September 2017 to June 2022, achieving a leadership position in Nepal and ranking in the top three in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff and Strategic Partner for New Business at Blackbuck, and consulting as a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Company, where Sanket worked with clients in multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
