Jay C. Estes, AICP has extensive experience in planning and conservation, working with various companies and government agencies. Currently serving as Senior Principal Planner at Allen Engineering and Science, previously held positions as Planning Director at Forrest County, Mississippi Board of Supervisors, and Urban Conservationist at Forrest County Soil and Water Conservation District. At Eco-Systems, Inc., Jay serves as Senior Principal Planner and Director of Operations, overseeing multiple offices and handling projects for local, regional, and state governments.
