As Owner and CEO of Jeff Willie Leadership since 2016, Jeff USAF specializes in leadership development, Diversity & Inclusion, and personal growth initiatives for individuals and organizations. Jeff USAF serves as a contributing writer, coach, and facilitator across various platforms, including as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant for the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce and Executive Program Leader for Maxwell Leadership. Jeff USAF has co-authored "In Their Boots," focusing on sexual assault prevention and recovery strategies.
