Patrick Riolo

Patrick Riolo has extensive experience in product development, currently serving as the Product Development Manager at Allen Flavors, Inc. since June 2007. In this role, Patrick leads project meetings, assigns tasks to the Product Development team, and supports sales through innovative customer presentations. Previous positions include Sr. Product Developer and Product Developer, where responsibilities included team training, project management, and technical support across various departments. Patrick's career began as a Jr. Product Developer and an intern at IFF, further solidifying a strong foundation in food science. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Business and Science with a focus in Food Science from Rutgers University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from the same institution.
