Mickey Baugher

Mickey Baugher is the current CEO at Allen Harim Foods. Prior to this, Mickey was the Vice President of Operations at Hain Pure Protein Corporation from January 2017 to February 2019. In this role, Mickey was responsible for live and plant operations for HPPC's three complexes: Plainville Turkeys, FreeBird Chickens, and Empire Kosher Poultry. Mickey also served as the President of Plainville Brands LLC from February 2019 to November 2020. In this role, Mickey had full P&L responsibility for Plainville Farms. Mickey's previous roles include Complex Manager at Coastal Processing from May 2016 to January 2017 and Complex Manager at Pilgrim's from December 2014 to April 2016. Mickey began their career as the Vice President of Operations at Empire Kosher Poultry from January 2001 to December 2004.

Mickey Baugher attended Virginia Tech for their BS in Poultry Science and then Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania for their Masters in Business Administration.
