Mike Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike began their career in 1999 as a VC analyst at Roseland West Resources. In 2001, they moved to MRI Worldwide, first as an executive consultant and later as a managing partner. In 2009, they joined NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly as an HR manager. Currently, since 2013, they have been working at Allen & Heath Ltd as the head of human resources.
Mike Chapman attended Truro School from 1994 to 1996. Mike then pursued a BSc degree in Business from the University of Plymouth from 1998 to 2002. Apart from their formal education, they also hold certifications in Leadership & Management and Personnel Practice from the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
