Sam al-Khoury

Sam Al-Khoury, MA, currently serves as a Senior Career Consultant at the Allen Institute since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sam was a Senior Program Manager for Career Development at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where key achievements included developing a global intern strategy and designing career development initiatives for early career talent. Sam's extensive background in student engagement includes over a decade at the University of Washington Bothell, culminating as the Director of Student Engagement & Activities, where responsibilities encompassed budget management, professional development for staff, and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additional experiences include various leadership roles in higher education and campus activities, along with a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University.
