Rob Davison

Rob Davison is an experienced Learning Performance Consultant Lead at USAA since June 2025, bringing extensive expertise in learning and development from previous roles. As Director of Learning and Development at YETI from January 2023 to March 2025, Rob implemented a comprehensive L&D strategy for a global workforce, designed an extensive Leadership Summit Series, and enhanced onboarding experiences. During tenure at PayPal from February 2012 to August 2022, Rob directed a global training team, developed professional development programs, and introduced innovative training solutions. Earlier experience includes roles at AMD, where Rob focused on learning strategies and program effectiveness, and Sprint, where Rob designed and delivered standardized curriculum and performed analysis for performance improvement.
