Rich Peterson

Rich Peterson has worked in a variety of roles since 1982. Rich began their career as an IT Technical Recruiter for O'Shea Employment, followed by a similar role at Data Base Consultants and Management Information Search. In 1983, they joined Jacobson Associates as an Executive Recruiter, where they were responsible for contingency fee based recruiting for senior level positions in the Life Health, Property and Casualty insurance industry. In 1989, they became the owner of rkp enterprises Inc (recruiting key professionals) and held the role of IT Technical Recruiter. In 1992, they joined D.W. Simpson & Company as a Business Development Manager. Finally, in 1996, they became a Relationship Manager at Allen Interactions Inc, where their primary responsibilities included coordinating with the Inside sales team, setting up initial meetings with prospects, and initiating relationships with leads.

Rich Peterson obtained their BS in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1978 and 1982. Prior to that, they attended Delevan Darien High School between 1974 and 1978. In addition, Rich Peterson holds certifications from HubSpot, Training Industry, Inc., and HubSpot Academy, including a 2020 HubSpot Champion User, a Top 20 Gamification Company Award from 2019, and a HubSpot Email Marketing certification from 2020.
