Joselyn Witthoeft

Joselyn Witthoeft, MPA, PHR, is an experienced benefits and wellness manager currently overseeing health and welfare, retirement benefit plans, and associated programs at Allen Matkins since August 2018. Prior to this role, Joselyn served as a Benefits Administrator at Hyundai AutoEver America and as a Senior Benefits Analyst, managing diverse employee benefit programs. Joselyn's extensive background includes responsibilities at In-N-Out Burger, where management of benefits for over 20,000 employees was a key focus, and at California State University, Chancellor's Office, where roles included HR Coordinator and HR Assistant. Joselyn holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Education from UC Irvine.
