Matthew Fogt

Matthew Fogt is a Partner at Allen Matkins, specializing in Land Use, Real Estate, and Energy since August 2005. Prior to this role, Matthew gained valuable experience as an intern at the US Attorneys Office in the District of Utah and as a Summer Associate at Bryan Cave. Additional legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Extern to Judge Jenkins at the US District Court for the District of Utah and to Justice Durrant at the Utah Supreme Court. Matthew's early career involved work as a Content Analyst for the USDA Forest Service. Matthew holds a JD from BYU Law School and a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Utah.
