Ghassan A. H.

Ghassan A.H. has extensive experience in project management and leadership roles within the construction industry. Ghassan A. began their career in 1992 with Morganti Group Inc, where they served as a Project Engineer and later as a Senior Project Engineer. Here, they were responsible for various tasks including engineering, MEP and system coordination, contractor and vendor negotiations, and change order management. Ghassan A. also played a key role in completing the construction and rehabilitation of multiple facilities.

In 1999, Ghassan joined Pepper Lawson Construction as an Assistant Project Manager, where they gained further experience in project management.

In 2001, Ghassan returned to Morganti Group Inc as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of International Logistics Manager. Here, they managed and provided project support for international projects in the Middle East and coordinated with mandatory U.S. suppliers. Ghassan A. also served as the main contractor for projects located at the Houston Bush Intercontinental Airport, managing construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

In 2005, Ghassan joined Allen & Shariff Corporation as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for leading and managing multiple healthcare facility projects. Ghassan A. oversaw stakeholders, including the client, consultant, contractor, and other third-party entities, throughout the inception, design, and construction phases.

In 2008, Ghassan joined Tasameem Project Management as a Projects Director, where they led and managed stakeholders for three high-rise tower projects. Ghassan A. coordinated with various parties, including the client, real estate developer, consultant, contractor, and other relevant stakeholders.

Finally, in 2010, Ghassan returned to Allen & Shariff Corporation in the role of Project Director. Here, they led and managed regional operations and projects in the Middle East, focusing on markets outside the UAE, such as Iraq and Turkey. Their responsibilities involved providing management consultancy services, strategic planning, master planning, and reorganization of various entities and departments within the governorate structures.

Ghassan A. H. has a strong educational background in engineering and business. Ghassan A. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1988 to 1991. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Houston from 1999 to 2002. Ghassan A. furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at the University of Houston-Victoria, where they studied from 2007 to 2009.
