Tim Chatterton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tim began their career at Bergmann Associates as a Designer, where they were responsible for architectural and structural design of commercial and industrial buildings. Tim also contributed to the establishment of CAD standards within the company.

After their time at Bergmann Associates, Tim worked as a CAD Engineer at Global Crossing, LTD (now Level 3 Communications), where they handled CAD-related tasks.

Tim then joined Wegmans Food Markets as a CAD Technician, where they were responsible for designing the interior of grocery stores and creating construction documents.

Tim then moved to Iott Architecture and Engineering, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing the completion of contract documents and handling construction administration for various projects.

Following this, they worked at Schlenger/Pitz & Associates, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in HVAC and plumbing design. Tim also prepared proposals, change orders, and contract documents.

Tim later joined RMF Engineering, Inc. as a Division Manager, where they managed the Salisbury office, including mechanical engineering, project management, and marketing. Tim worked on numerous projects, such as Parkside High School renovations and Crystal Beach Hotel.

Most recently, Tim has held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Allen + Shariff Corporation, where they continue to utilize their engineering expertise.

Tim Chatterton has a strong educational background in architectural engineering and construction technology. Tim started their education at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Architectural Engineering Technology in the years 1992 to 1994. Tim then furthered their education at the same institution and earned another AAS degree, this time in Building Construction Technology, from 1994 to 1995.

Tim continued their education at Vermont Technical College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from 1995 to 1997. This expanded their knowledge and skills in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Tim Chatterton has obtained several professional certifications. Tim became a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia in September 2018, in the State of Maryland in August 2017, and in the State of Delaware in July 2011. These certifications demonstrate their expertise and commitment to their profession.
