Erica Marcus has a diverse work experience in the education and museum sector. Erica has worked as a Third Grade Head Teacher at the Allen-Stevenson School since June 2019, and prior to that, they worked as a Third Grade Teacher from August 2018 to June 2019. Before joining Allen-Stevenson, they worked at The Dalton School as a Second Grade Associate Teacher from August 2017 to August 2018, and as a First Grade Associate Teacher from August 2015 to August 2017. Additionally, Erica has experience in the museum industry, having worked at the Museum of Jewish Heritage as an Assistant to the Deputy Director and Special Projects Coordinator from September 2010 to August 2015. Erica Marcus has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Early Childhood and Childhood General Education from Bank Street College of Education. Before that, they obtained a Master's degree in Museum Professions from Seton Hall University. Erica completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a Bachelor's degree in Classical Humanities. Additionally, Erica attended Friends Seminary, although specific dates or degrees attained during their time there are not provided.
